In conjunction with the 10th anniversary of FLASH Basketball, the FLASH Scholarship, formed in October of 2013, is designed to be awarded to a college-bound FLASH senior based on their academic, athletic and FLASH success. The money is raised through private donations and each applicant must submit a written application and essay while a 3 person committee is in place to select the winner(s). In 2014, the FLASH Scholarship was awarded for the 1st time and the hope is that this will be a continual fundraising effort to benefit deserving FLASH seniors.
